Copying / Scanning
Copyworks can help you with all your printing and photocopying requirements. We can provide you with copies to A0 in size. Large runs of black and white copies are easily handled by us in store. Because we undertake your job on the premises we're able to complete your copying job in a timely manner and to a high standard.
If you have documents that you can't reproduce on your computer we can scan your work and convert it into PDF, compressed PDF, JPG or TIFF files. These are all image files that are most commonly used throughout the world and therefore are easy to open by most if not all computer systems. The last thing you need is to send a file that someone can't open, this is frustrating and a waste of your time. We know this and so make it simple.
Scanned to CD / DVD
Scanned files can also be emailed to your designated email address, transferred to USB flash drive for easy transportion and back up, or burnt to a CD or DVD. If you have a number of photos which have significance to your family but where you no longer have the negatives, we can scan these photos and burn them to CD or DVD so you can send them to other family members and have them for prosperity all safely together but where you have multiple copies.
Fast Photocopying
Using our Konica photocopier we're able to create an excellent reproduction of your drawings or paperwork. This uses a laser printer based copy process which involves melting toner powder on to the surface paper and in doing so the image copied is a very high quality unlike some other copy machines.
We know your time is important to you and you want to focus on billable hours not admin like photocopying. Producing a large or short run of copies is a breeze if time is a factor for you. In black and white we can copy 65 pages per minute and in colour 50 pages per minute!
Adjusting the copier we're able to lighten or darken your copies so they are clearer, crisper and easier to see and read. Ask in store, give us a call on 09 425 7257 or send us an email about copying.
